You will be asked to provide your personal information when you visit, engage with or come into contact, or register with or on InstaCab, its sites, links or affiliated sites/entities for initial background checks or anytime you are on the InstaCab websites, links or apps. InstaCab and its affiliates may share this personal information or data with each other, or with affiliated third parties and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our services, content, advertising and or product. You are not required to provide the personal information that we request, but, if you choose not to do so, you will not be able to use our site or apps, and we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

• When you come into contact, engage with, visit, register, sign up, or create an account or profile with or on InstaCab, its sites, links or affiliate sites, request or make/complete a ride, complete a transaction or make a purchase or rent a product or service, download a software product or update, post products or services on our platforms, contact us including by social media or participate in an online promotion, rewards/gift programs, company sponsored activity, survey or in person forum, we may collect a variety of information either by asking you to provide this information, or requesting and retrieving this information from various public and government agencies on our own, and at times we may share this information with affiliated third parties and entities. Personal information or data we collect includes legal government information, including but not limited to your legal full name, government issued IDs and other government issued documents, mailing address current or previous, living/housing history, court records, inspection records, vehicle records, birth certificates, employer records, employment records, employment history, social security, financial or bank information and records, phone numbers, phone, internet, utility bill records, network provider history and records, email addresses, contact preferences, contacts history, device identifiers, IP addresses, mac addresses, location information, credit card information other payment gateway information including paypal, stripe, apple pay or google, as well and profile information if and when contact is via social media.
• If or when you share content, including but not limited to referrals or referral codes, gift cards or links with family, friends or the general public using InstaCab, sites, apps, links, products, or services, send gift certificates, promotion and or promotional products, or invite others to participate in or use InstaCab services, links, apps or private forums, InstaCab may collect the information you provide about those people such as their legal full names, government issued IDs and other government issued documents, mailing address current or previous, living/housing history, phone number, phone, internet, utility bill records, network provider history and records, email addresses, contact preferences, contacts history, device identifiers, IP addresses, mac addresses, location information, credit card information other payment gateway information including paypal, stripe, apple pay or google, as well and profile information if and when contact is via social media. InstaCab, its affiliated sites, links or entities will use such information to fulfill its purpose, including but not limited to providing the relevant products or service, and for enhancing the safety and security features and measures we employ on our platforms or apps for all users and visitors.
• We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve InstaCab, sites or affiliated entities products, services, and customer communications.
• If you enter into a sweepstake, contest, or similar promotion we may use the information you provide to administer those programs.
• If you apply for a position at InstaCab or we receive your information in connection with a potential role at InstaCab, we may use your information to evaluate your candidacy and to contact you.
WE WILL NEVER SELL INFORMATION OR DATA THAT WE COLLECT OR SHARE FROM YOU unless in scenarios where your information or data is required by an affiliated third party to provide goods & services relevant to options you have chosen from services and products made available to you by InstaCab, it sites, links, apps or affiliates.
We also use personal information and data you provide to us to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention, anti-fraud, exploitation, illegal or criminal activities, and other business malpractice purposes. We may also use your personal information for proactive account and network security purposes for the benefit of all our users and visitors, including pre-screening or scanning of networks, access points, IP, mac address information, and uploaded content for potentially illegal, restricted or disapproved content.
Data we collect for employment at InstaCab & affiliated entities
If you are a candidate, you will receive more information about how InstaCab and its affiliates handle candidate personal information at the time of your application. If you are a potential candidate for employment with InstaCab or its affiliates, we may have received or requested your personal information from third parties such as recruiters, external websites, court or government agencies. We will use the personal information or data we receive or request to contact you about a potential opportunity or making any necessary accommodations where and when applicable, following and adhering to constitutional laws.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
Sometimes, we may also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. • For the safety and security of all visitors and users of InstaCab’s apps, sites, links or affiliated sites, we may collect, track and store data on how you use your personal device(s) to use, make transactions, share content, share links, download content, log into or access our sites, apps, links or affiliated links and sites. In certain instances, we may combine, track and store non-personal information with personal information or data associated with but not limited to these mentioned activities, as well as tracking and storing location information, IP addresses, mac addresses, and internet or network connection activities. In these instances, the combined information or data collected, tracked and stored will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined. This safety and security measure will be outside of any “cookie” consent options provisions from any device carrier, internet, or network service provider and is strictly SPECIFIC to how you access InstaCab’s apps, sites, links, or how you interact with InstaCab’s affiliated sites apps & links NOT FOR ADS. By visiting, browsing our sites, links, engaging with InstaCab , downloading our apps, using our apps, sharing our apps, or making transactions, you agree and consent to these security measures. If you don’t agree to these measures, do not visit, use our apps, sites or links. These security measures are in place again for your safety and security, and we will be constantly innovating technologically to ensure that our measures are the least intrusive and are always geared towards you receiving best experience and services from our apps, sites or links.
Cookies and Other Technologies
InstaCab’s apps, sites, links, affiliated websites, sites or links, online services, interactive applications, email messages with links, text messages with links, advertising agents, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand our users and visitors behavior and activities on our sites, apps, and links, and tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, to inform us on how to better serve our users, and to facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and web searches. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. Ads that are delivered by InstaCab may appear on the InstaCab app via links or pages, or links or pages of affiliate sites, such as social media or other similar platforms, blogs or products stores. If you do not wish to receive ads targeted to your interests or preferences from InstaCab or its affiliates, you can choose to enable Limit Ad Tracking, which will opt your InstaCab ID out of receiving such ads regardless of what device you are using.
If you enable Limit Ad Tracking on your mobile device, third-party apps cannot use an Advertising Identifier, or a non-personal device identifier, to serve you targeted ads. In third-party apps, you may see ads based on other information. InstaCab also uses cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website, online services, and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with InstaCab more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your first name lets us welcome you the next time you visit any InstaCab site, apps or links. Knowing your location, country and language − helps us provide a customized and more useful visiting, browsing and user experience on our sites, apps or links, and helps us provide you with better customer service.
If you want to disable cookies, you can go to your web browser preferences and then to the privacy pane to manage your preferences. InstaCab, apps, sites, links or affiliated apps, sites and links shares personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever InstaCab or its affiliates operate. In certain cases, It may be necessary − by constitutional law, legal process, litigation, and or requests from governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for InstaCab or its affiliates to disclose your personal information or data. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for the purposes of national security, law enforcement, disclosure is necessary or appropriate, but ONLY with legitimate evidence based reason. We may also disclose any information about you, but only where there is a lawful and legitimate, evidence based security basis and reason for doing so, or if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions, to protect our company, its founder, subsidiaries, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, interns and or or heirs, stakeholders, and all visitors and users of InstaCab sites, apps or links. This could include, but is not limited to providing information or data to governmental authorities. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information or data we collect to the relevant third party.
Protection of Personal Information
InstaCab, its apps, sites, links and affiliated sites, apps and links holds the privacy and security of all its users and visitors in the highest regard. InstaCab, its apps, sites and links, products and services, protects all stored, and pass through visitor and user personal information and data, employing various privacy and security measures, including but not limited to end to end encryption. The personal information and content you share with us, when you visit , register, sign up or use our site, links or apps in any way shape or form can be visible to others by mode of conducting primary day to day business. By provisions of our terms of use, no other visitor, or user on InstaCab’s sites, app, links or affiliated sites, can use your data or personal information that you provide to us except in instances where we have to share your information with affiliated entities for products and services. We will go above and beyond to protect any personal data and information that you provide to us, but you are solely responsible for all the data and personal information that you provide to us adhering to our terms of use, including the legality, correctness, completeness, accuracy, truthfulness, validity, and currentness.
You agree and consent that you will never share the data or personal information of another user deliberately, or and share inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid data of yourself, any entity or third party to us, in an attempt to mislead, cause harm, or damages both monetary and non-monetary to InstaCab, its founders, its affiliate, protected employees, partners, heirs, stakeholders, visitors or other general users of InstaCab’s sites, links and apps. Any violation of these terms and provisions warrants execution of the breach of our terms of use and privacy policy which charges any liable individual, entity, third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation, a minimum of $1 billion dollars annually in liquid cash + any other amount in liquid cash till perpetuity at the time of the violation, on a schedule determined by InstaCab et all or its legal team, without a court, jury or public spectacle, superseding any court or jury’s determination of liability or what is appropriate liability. In certain circumstances, you consent and agree that InstaCab, it’s founder, heirs and related entities are allowed the right and authority to pursue the minimum liability amount of $1 billion annually till perpetuity, individually as separate entities against you and any related entities of any kind in violation, and are entitled to any assets in your name or not, and those of any third parties by 6 degrees of separation outside of any business or partnerships. These assets may include real or physical assets, employer payments, stocks, investments, annuities, insurance, or “assets” of any kind.
Access to Personal Information
You can help ensure that your contact, legal or other personal information, data and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing in to your InstaCab apps, or sites account settings pages or reach out to support to update any information when it has changed, provided that you can’t update the information on your own or its required by InstaCab, its apps, or sites to reach out to support in order to make those updates or changes.
Online tools for the exercise of access, deactivation,restriction, correction, or deletion
You can reach out to support to update any data or personal information you provide to us. If you ever wanted to delete your account you can do so from your account settings in the InstaCab apps, or sites.
Location-Based Services
When using InstaCab’s apps, or sites, Please select “always allow” for location services, this allows InstaCab, its sites, apps, features, and affiliated sites and features to best serve you. InstaCab, sites, apps, affiliated sites and apps use third party location service providers, such as maps data providers, who may collect, use, store and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your InstaCab app or sites usage or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, your IP Address, and mac address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location to best serve you and helps us provide and improve location-based products and services.

General Disclaimers
You agree and consent, by qualifying yourself as a user, person, organization employee, contractor, business entity, third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation that engages with Instacab, its affiliates or subsidiaries on purpose or not in any form or manner, through a link , app stores search (all AppStores) or web search (all search engines), through an ad banner, or social media post,
1)You forfeit the right to bring about any kind of lawsuit, countersuit, publication of a book, a memoir, or the attempt to make public statements of any kind, or bring about any litigation matters against InstaCab, its founder, its owners, subsidiaries, heirs, or its successors of any kind, at any point, regardless of location till perpetuity. This includes forfeiting the right to publish a book, memoir, or make any public statements or bring about a lawsuit , single or class, on your behalf , by another party, court, government agency or organization, law firm, bankruptcy agent or bankruptcy firm, power of attorney, independent legal, social or political organization of any kind, and
2)you agree that our liability will be zero ($0) till perpetuity in all attempt cases regardless of location or jurisdiction.
3) You agree that all attempt matters will be handled internally with facilitation by InstaCabs legal team, assigned individuals, subsidiary legal teams or powers of attorney.
4)You also agree that we*( anyone outside of your attempt), if you qualify as an outside entity, including but not limited to our company, its heirs, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, protected employees, partners, anyone associated with InstaCab in anyway shape or form and or affiliates are dismissed and barred from any obligation of appearance in court , liability, or responsibility of service of any legal documents or summons of any kind till perpetuity, regardless of location, jurisdiction or authority .
5)You agree that any deviation or lack of adherence to the provisions of our terms of use or TERMS OF SERVICE, CONTACT & ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT warrants InstaCab, its owners, subsidiaries, heirs, and successors the freedom to immediately execute provisions of the breach of our terms of use or our TERMS OF SERVICE, CONTACT & ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, which charges liability against you the user, entity, individual or organization (political or social), third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or both attempting to bring about a lawsuit , counter-suit, publish a book, memoir, make public statements of any kind , against InstaCab et all, in an attempt to derail its purpose, mission, day to day operations or public reputation, with material business damages against you, any entity, or third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or organization of any kind political or social, set at a minimum of $1 billion dollars annually in liquid cash + any other amount in liquid cash till perpetuity at the time of the attempt, on a schedule determined by InstaCab et all or its legal team, without a court, jury or public spectacle, superseding any court or jury’s determination of liability or what is appropriate liability.
6)By engaging or coming into contact with InstaCab, its founder, links, sites, code, scripts, servers, apps, devices, or affiliated entities, or by engaging with InstaCab, its sites, apps or links knowingly or unknowingly on purpose or not via a third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation, via any mode of communication, or internet of any kind, you acknowledge, consent, forfeit and waive your rights and protections to the provisions of what qualifies as “public domain software”, what qualifies as “fair use”, what qualifies as“creative commons” use or license , or what qualifies as “generally accepted” use as it pertains to InstaCab, its sites, apps, software, code, scripts, links, services, mode of operations, content, marketing materials, company know how’s, past, current or future agenda’s, trade secrets, research & development, and agree, consent & acknowledge that at no point can you or anyone in your network or vicinity have any app, or sites, scripts, code, with functionality, structure or marketing similar to anything we have discussed, ideated or conceptualized that belongs to InstaCab, including pricing methodologies or strategies, scripts, partnership strategies, partnership entities mentioned, links, services, mode of operations, content, marketing materials, company know how’s, past, current or future agenda’s, trade secrets, research & development, documentations, or anything that has to do with operations for InstaCab/Instacabrideshare.com, it’s founder, affiliates, subsidiaries or related entities, whether it be for a rideshare, platform or any functioning or non-functioning app in general. It is standard that any third party outside of InstaCab/Instacabrideshare.com adheres to and agrees to our terms of use, engagement, contacts, non-competes implied, whether stated or not, and agrees to bare the cost involved in any litigation matters that may arise from the deliberate intention to derail InstaCab’s mission or purpose, or disclose any info related to InstaCab/Instacabrideshare.com, its founder, affiliates, or related entities to a competing third party, or manufacture a similar product.
Privacy Questions
If you have any questions or concerns about InstaCab’s Privacy Policy or data processing, you can contact our Data Protection Officer or Compliance team via InstaCab’s support. All such substantive contacts receive a response within seven (7) days wherever possible. All Privacy questions & matters must be directed to InstaCab without the involvement of an outside court, jury or public spectacle. InstaCab may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. Please be sure to review our privacy policy whenever possible. When we change our privacy policy in a material way, a notice may be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy. InstaCab will always go above & beyond to protect your data and information at all times, but in the unfortunate event of a breach, you agree to hold InstaCab, it’s operators, its founder, protected employees or entities and affiliates harmless with InstaCab and its affiliated entities total liability in any case not exceeding a maximum of zero ($0) till perpetuity, superseding any court or jury’s determination of liability. By visiting, coming into contact, or engaging with InstaCab, it sites, apps, links, affiliated sites, links, apps or content of any kind via any medium or mode of communication of any kind, intentional or not, or by completing the registration process and clicking the “Register” button or sign up button on InstaCab, its apps, sites or links or by logging into to the InstaCab site or app, you are stating that you agree and consent to forfeit any lawsuit or countersuit, class, or single, that may arise from the mishandling, breach or exposure of your personal data or information on your behalf, or on behalf of third party by any attempt by bad actors, and be bound by all that is entailed in our privacy policy documents.
