Because we allow drivers to use their dashcams or phones to record rides (riders can audio record rides) for the sake of security and safety of both our riders & drivers, we enforce a strict code of decency, which means you agree that
- The attire you choose to wear is deemed decent & appropriate in your eyes before , during your ride, and at drop off. As a company we will not be responsible for any unintended occurrence of indecent exposure.
- Conversation between a rider & driver will be restricted to everything that will be deemed outside of a flirtatious nature by a court .
- There will be absolutely no physical contact between a rider & driver unless in a medical emergency scenario during or when paramedics have been notified.
- No action or act at pick up, during , or a drop off of a ride on behalf or on part of a driver, rider or riders that may be deemed inappropriate, indecent or characterized as such by a court is allowed.
- In case of an emergency always call 911 first. Even before you reach out to support.
- In a scenario where a report is necessary, please call 911 immediately to make a report, then call us to follow up expeditiously.
- As a rider, you have the right to audio record your trips and request for a driver to delete any dashboard recordings when you have safely made it to your destination.
- As a rider you are responsible for damages to a driver’s vehicle during a trip, at pick up or at drop off as a result of intoxication. Please drink responsibly.
- Never at any point can a rider or driver, or any individual or entity using InstaCab, or its related entities services engage in acts, conduct, or behavior that will be considered by a reasonable person, court, or jury to be a reckless endangerment of another protected InstaCab client, employee, intern, contractor , and or partners, directly or indirectly, investigated to be intentionally or not, without claiming negligence, regardless of location, including but not limited to sharing false, unauthorized, or unsolicited information or data of another individual or InstaCab affiliated entity of any kind, in a attempt to cause harm, expose, bring about financial harm, or bring about a detriment of any kind to said individual or related InstaCab entity, or engage in conduct that will be considered an act of Doxing, sharing unauthorized content or personal details, or deliberately sending an Individual or InstaCab related entity on what will be considered by a reasonable person to be a false mission, unbeknownst to said Individual or InstaCab related entity, including but not limited to what can be considered or investigated to be calling for and cancelling rides intentionally to waste a drivers time, in an attempt to cause harm, cause financial harm, or bring about a detriment of any kind to said individual, driver or InstaCab related entity.
- In all unforeseen, unintended scenarios, our company will be held harmless & will bear no responsibility.

**In case of incidents, all evidence will be reviewed, and we will go above & beyond to protect all parties involved, but you agree that InstaCab, its founder, heirs, related entities, protected employees, partners, interns or contractors will always be held harmless, with total liability remaining zero till perpetuity. All matters including litigation brought about against violators or violations of our code of conduct & decency will be handled by our internal legal team, outside of public spectacle, and subject to our standard terms of use, terms of use, engagement & contact, as well as our NDA, and non- compete agreements. By using or engaging with InstaCab, its apps, links, sites or affiliated entities in any way shape or form, you agree, consent, and oblige to the terms of the violations of our code of conduct & decency, terms of use, terms of use, contact & engagement, as well as our NDA, and non- compete agreements, on your own accord, or with representation from a legal guardian, under no coercion, duress, or negative influence of any kind.
