By joining, working for, engaging with, or partnering with InstaCab, its founder or its affiliates in any shape, form or manner, you forfeit and nullify any prior signed agreements or commitments including NDA’s, Non-competes, & trade secret agreements with yourself, InstaCab’s founder or affiliated entities in a prior engagement or contact of any form or manner, via any medium, and you forfeit and nullify any prior signed agreements or commitments including NDA’s, Non-competes, & trade secret agreements with any third parties, third parties by 6 degrees of separation, companies, organizations (social, political, or government) regardless of location, time frame or jurisdiction till perpetuity, and vow that any information bestowed unto you from InstaCab, it’s founder, or affiliated entities during your time, or prior to your time, if that information or data may have been relayed to you, or you may have come across that data or information via any medium, form or manner prior to your contact or engagement with InstaCab in any way shape or form, knowingly or unknowingly is entirely InstaCab’s, its founders, its subsidiaries, and heirs intellectual properties & trade secrets, including but not limited to know how’s, plans of action,any operational details, code, scripts, templates, agendas, purchase order details, browser detials, or any internet, device or network details that may be considered pertainent to InstaCab’s, its founder, and affiliated entities intellectual property, copyrights, patents, service marks or trade secrets.
Failure to adhere to this disclaimer warrants the full execution of the breach of the terms of our Prior NDA’s, Trade Secrets & Non-competes before joining, working for or engaging in contact with InstaCab, its founder, it’s affiliates or subsidiaries in any way, shape or form disclaimer, which charges any individual, organization (political,social or government) third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation damages totaling a minimum* of $1 billion dollars in liquid cash annually, + any other amounts determined by InstaCab, it’s founder, subsidiaries, its predecessors and or heirs, with the individual or entity of any kind in violation forfeiting any lawsuits, or countersuits, single or class, and superseding any court or jury’s determination for “liable damages” continuing annually till perpetuity with no end date.
