If you have come into contact with InstaCab at any point in time, as an individual, entity, organization( political, social or government) employee, contractor, intern or partner, in any way shape or form, directly or indirectly, regardless of medium, via a link or Ad, on purpose or not, through a third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation, You agree, attest & consent that 1)At no point can you attempt to engage in conduct or activities that will be deemed an act of harassment, or that of which to present an annoyance or promote anguish as deemed or will be deemed as such by a reasonable person, court or jury, or
2)Make unauthorized or unsolicited public statements or publish content, put out an ad in a physical bulleting, billboard or any digital media , including but not limited to social media, news letters or attempt to make defamatory statements against InstaCab, its founder, heirs, subsidiaries, protected employees, contractors, interns, and or partners, in an attempt to derail its purpose or mission, disrupt day to day operational activities, bring about out losses, or present an hindrance to its ability to provide profitable, high quality services to its stakeholders.
You also agree, consent and attest that by coming into contact with InstaCab at any point in time, in any way shape or form, directly or indirectly, regardless of medium, via a link or Ad, on purpose or not, through a third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation, you
3)forfeit the right to bring about any kind of lawsuit or countersuit( class or single), file dubious summoning orders of any kind, including but not limited to restraining orders, engage or initiate the publication of a book, a memoir, or attempt to make public statements of any kind regarding any dubious summons, or bring about any litigation matters against InstaCab, its owners, subsidiaries, heirs, or its successors of any kind, at any point, regardless of location till perpetuity. This includes forfeiting the right to publish a book, memoir, or make any public statements or bring about a lawsuit , single or class, on your behalf , by another party, court , law firm, bankruptcy agent or bankruptcy firm, power of attorney, independent legal, social , political, and or government organization of any kind, and
4)You agree that our total liability will be zero ($0) till perpetuity in all attempt cases regardless of location, authority or jurisdiction.
5) You agree that all matters will be handled internally with facilitation by InstaCabs legal team, assigned individuals or powers of attorney.
6)You also agree that we (our company, founder, its heirs, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, protected employees, partners, and or affiliates are dismissed and barred from any obligation of appearance in court , liability, or responsibility of service of any legal documents or summons of any kind till perpetuity regardless of location, authority or jurisdiction.
7)You agree that any deviation or lack of adherence to these disclaimers & provisions will be a violation of the Consent to our terms of Service & Engagement & Contact as well as a violation of the terms of our Anti-Harassment, Unauthorized statements,Unsolicited statements, petitions, release of dubious or non-evidence based information, misrepresentations, & conduct of public/ private nuisance disclaimer & provisions, which warrants InstaCab, its founder, owners, subsidiaries, heirs, and successors the right to immediately execute provisions of the breach of our Consent to our terms of Service & Engagement & Contact, and the terms of our Anti-Harassment, Unauthorized statements,Unsolicited statements, petitions, release of dubious or non-evidence based information, misrepresentations, & conduct of public/ private nuisance disclaimer & provisions, which charges liability against you the user, entity, individual or organization (political, social, government), third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or both attempting to bring about a lawsuit (class or single) , counter-suit, publish a book, memoir, make public statements of any kind , against InstaCab et all, in an attempt to derail its purpose, mission, day to day operations or public reputation, with material business damages against you, any entity, or third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or organization of any kind political, social, or government set at a minimum of $1 billion dollars in liquid cash annually + any other amount till perpetuity at the time of the attempt, on a schedule determined by InstaCab et all or its legal team, without a court, jury or public spectacle, superseding any court of jury’s determination of liability or what is appropriate liability as it pertains to the use or contact with InstaCab, its apps, sites or affiliated entities. In certain circumstances, you consent and agree that InstaCab, it’s founder and related entities are allowed the right and authority to pursue the minimum liability amount of $1 billion annually till perpetuity, individually as separate entities against you and any related entities of any kind, and are entitled to any assets in your name or not, and those of any third parties by 6 degrees of separation outside of any business or partnerships. These assets may include real or physical assets, employer payments, stocks, investments, annuities, insurance, or “assets” of any kind.
This consent, terms, agreement & provisions applies in retrospect without regard for dates, location or jurisdictions.
Adhering to United States constitutional laws, and the right to a peaceful assembly we have designed & implemented effective ways to deal with non-InstaCab related external discourse and all other external matters that are non-InstaCab related or non- customer service related, which includes our Protocol for attending to matters of non-business or non-day to day , non-company external discourse (outside of our company) that requires involvement of our company at the request* of our stakeholders. For example, Instead of picketing or holding a strike outside of an InstaCab related facility and or premise, to create what will be deemed by any reasonable person or court to be that of which is to create a public spectacle, you can enact or exude resemblance of such activities (picketing, striking, sitting in) following our Protocol for attending to matters of non-business or non-day to day , non-company external discourse (outside of our company) that requires involvement of our company at the request* of our stakeholders to cultivate a more collective, powerful and effective discourse resolution process.
By using InstaCab or coming into contact with InstaCab, its subsidiaries, and or any related affiliates of any kind at any point in time, as an individual, entity, organization( political, social or government) employee, contractor, intern or partner, in any way shape or form, directly or indirectly, regardless of medium, via a link or Ad, on purpose or not, through a third party or third party by 6 degrees of separation, You agree, attest & consent that you shall follow our Protocol for attending to matters of non-business or non-day to day , non-company external discourse (outside of our company) that requires involvement of our company at the request* of our stakeholders, and vow not engage in any meetings, sit-ins, strikes, rallies, events, or protests, both offline and online, that purposely deviates from our protocols for external discourse resolution, with your reasonably deemed intention of creating a public spectacle, to bring about a detriment to InstaCab or its related affiliates public reputation, derail its mission & purpose, and to be an hindrance to InstaCab or its affiliates executing day to day profitable activities & providing high quality services to all its stakeholders.
You agree, consent & attest that as as an individual, entity, organization( political, social or government) employee, contractor, intern or partner, that purposefully engages or attempts to engage in acts that will be deemed or considered a deviation from our protocols for external discourse resolution by any reasonable person, entity, third party, court or jury, risks the full execution of the terms of the violation of our Consent to our terms of Service & Engagement & Contact, and the terms of our Anti-Harassment, Unauthorized statements,Unsolicited statements, petitions, release of dubious or non-evidence based information, misrepresentations, & conduct of public/ private nuisance disclaimer & provisions, which charges liability against you the user, entity, individual or organization (political, social, government), third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or both as a result of deviation from our protocols for external discourse resolution in an attempt to derail InstaCab and its affiliated or protected entities purpose, mission, day to day operations or public reputation, with material business damages against you, any entity, or third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation or organization of any kind political, social, or government on your behalf set at a minimum of $1 billion dollars in liquid cash annually + any other amount till perpetuity at the time of the attempt, on a schedule determined by InstaCab et all or its legal team, without a court, jury or public spectacle, superseding any court of jury’s determination of liability or what is appropriate liability as it pertains to the use or contact with InstaCab and its affiliated entity.
