By using InstaCab, its affiliated sites or subsidiaries, or coming into contact with InstaCab et all through a link, directly, via a communication network, via a third party, or third party by 6 degrees of separation, or contact of any kind, you agree & consent to the following terms, disclaimers & provisions, & hold InstaCab, its owners, and or heirs, & subsidiaries harmless with $0 total liability till perpetuity in all cases pertaining to these disclaimers/terms/or provisions & forfeit the right to a suit or countersuit till perpetuity, on your behalf by any entity of any kind pertaining to these disclaimers/ terms or provisions, superseding any court, legal, government, or jury’s definition or determination of liability. All cases involving violation of these terms/disclaimers/or provisions will be handled internally by InstaCab or its subsidiary’s legal team and without public spectacle.
These disclaimers/terms/ provisions are as follows :
1)No drugs of any kind , alcohol (open bottles), illegal weapons, dangerous or offensive items, or paraphernalia are allowed at pick up, during a ride or at drop off.
2)Riders are barred from and vow to never use InstaCab as a conduit to conduct any activity considered or deemed illegal or unethical by any state, jurisdiction or court*
3)InstaCab employs 24/7/365 Dashcam and ride monitoring, and any rider or driver agrees that violation of these terms warrants liability for damages enforced by InstaCab’s legal team against any individual or entity plus additional prompt handling by law enforcement in all cases. Any user, entity, third party, third party by 6 degrees of separation, or organization of any kind who come into contact with InstaCab in any way , shape, form or manner & or in cases involving violation of these terms, forfeit the right to a suit or countersuit till perpetuity. All cases involving violation of these terms/disclaimers/or provisions will be handled internally by InstaCab’s or subsidiary’s legal team and without public spectacle.
4)Users or organizations, political or social or third party of users by 6 degrees of separation will hold InstaCab, our company, its owners, founders, or anyone involved with our company in a protected working capacity harmless, and with 0 zero $0 total liability till perpetuity pertaining to any incidents that occur before or after a drop off or contact with InstaCab or any affiliated company or subsidiary services.

**In case of incidents, all evidence will be reviewed, and we will go above & beyond to protect all parties involved, but you agree that InstaCab, its founder, heirs, related entities, protected employees, partners, interns or contractors will always be held harmless, with total liability remaining zero till perpetuity. All matters including litigation brought about against violators or violations of our code of conduct & decency will be handled by our internal legal team, outside of public spectacle, and subject to our standard terms of use, terms of use, engagement & contact, as well as our NDA, and non- compete agreements. By using or engaging with InstaCab, its apps, links, sites or affiliated entities in any way shape or form, you agree, consent, and oblige to the terms of the violations of our code of conduct & decency, terms of use, terms of use, contact & engagement, as well as our NDA, and non- compete agreements, on your own accord, or with representation from a legal guardian, under no coercion, duress, or negative influence of any kind.
